We are renovating our first transitional home in Mountain Grove, Missouri, to provide a safe, structured environment where women can begin rebuilding their lives with dignity, stability, and hope.

Every step we take brings us closer to opening our doors and welcoming the first women into a place they can truly call home.

Our Mission

Sisters in Service Ministry exists to restore hope, rebuild lives, and empower women through safe housing, compassionate support, life-skills development, and faith-centered encouragement.

Through the Safe Haven Transitional Living Program, we provide a structured, supportive environment where women can heal from life’s challenges, develop confidence and independence, and build a strong foundation for a brighter future.

We are committed to serving every woman with dignity, respect, accountability, and unconditional compassion while partnering with our communities to create lasting change—one life at a time.

Our Story

Safe Haven Transitional Living Program was created from a vision to provide women with more than temporary shelter.

We believe true transformation happens when women are given time, support, accountability, and a safe environment to heal and rebuild.

Many women face overwhelming challenges after experiencing homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, incarceration, financial hardship, or personal crisis. Unfortunately, emergency shelters often provide only short-term solutions.

Safe Haven was established to bridge that gap.

Our goal is to provide a stable and supportive environment where women can focus on rebuilding their lives while developing the skills, confidence, and resources needed for long-term independence.
